Shipping & Returns
We take your privacy very seriously and will not share any information with anybody. All sensitive information will be deleted after your order is processed and shipped. We do not have your bank or credit-card information on file.
If for any reason we don’t have all of the ordered items we will ship only available items. Please allow 1-5 business days for orders to be shipped.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Le Petit we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase you may return it for store credit by either shipping it back with copy of your invoice or filling out the return form online. All returns must be mailed within 10 days of receiving your order (If order is delivered on 1st it has to be mailed in by 10th). All items must be returned with tags on or in original packaging. All Gift boxes-baskets and Gift-Cards are final Sale. Swimwear, Underwear and pajamas cannot be returned for hygienic purposes. All orders mailed after 11 days of receiving your order will have restocking fee of 20% off current selling price. All orders shipped after 12 days will be non-returnable! All items must be in saleable condition with tags attached. Soiled worn and dirty items are not accepted-NO EXCEPTIONS! If we receive damaged returns, customer will not be credited and is responsible for postage to ship it back! For your convenience we inspect all the items prior to shipping for damages and mismatches. For returns or exchanges please mail items back with a copy of your invoice or order number. We are not responsible for lost shipments sent by you, therefore we recommend insuring all your shipments, please note UPS is least expensive and will have free insurance up to $100 value. Store-credit code for all returned items will be emailed to you as soon as your return is processed less the shipping charge (only applies if the return will bring you order below $195). Gift wrap, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable!

If your return brings the total of original purchase below $195.00 there will be $9.99 shipping charge deducted from your credit. Shipping time does not include Holidays and weekends!
No liquids can be shipped outside USA.Please note - some international shipments may have taxes and tariffs added by customs. Customer is responsible for paying all fees and customs charges that are applied. If package is refused or returned due to unpaid fees, customer is responsible for extra shipping charges as well of entire cost of all goods. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable! All gift baskets and gift boxes are FINAL SALE. If the shipment is returned to us, the customer is responsible for all the shipping costs and the cost of the reshipment!Customer is responsible for correct shipping address, once the order has shipped the address can not be changed. All international shipments will be shipped to the address provided by customer. Tracking will be provided. If you supplied a wrong address and it was delivered to that address you will be responsible for the lost shipment for the full amount. In case the recipient is not available to accept the package and that results to loss of the package the customer is responsible for the full amount. Claims of missing packages must be made within 21 days of ordering, claims after that will not be accepted and customer is responsible for the full purchase amount including shipping.
Claims of missing or damaged items must be made via email within 24 hours of receiving your order. By agreeing to store policy at the check out customer acknowledges and agrees to the policy.
PLEASE NOTE - Sizes 0-1m are intended for newborn babies and 1-3m are intended for babies 1m or 50cm . Sizes 24m and 2y are the same size cut for each brand, however each brand varies per size. Colors might vary on different computers. Sizes might run ½-1 inch larger or smaller depending on style, cut and brand. All pictures are taken of samples and might be slightly different from the reproduction, prints and details might vary, depending on size and large-smaller cut.

All Pre-Orders will ship as soon as they come in, (estimated arrival dates are on the product page) We want you to be happy with your purchase, all pre-orders are returnable for store-credit only. All pre-orders can be cancelled for store-credit only.
We will gift wrap items that are same size together, unless notified otherwise in the comments. Large toys can not be wrapped.
Please note that every computer might have different resolution as well as the color settings and the items might look slightly different color. If you need to know exact color before purchasing and there no color description on the item page feel free to contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org
LOSS PREVENTION NOTICE
In case of the large order that is shipped to a non billing address the purchase will be verified with cardholder’s bank and the cardholder. If we are unable to verify the purchase the order will be either cancelled or shipped to billing address, no exceptions.All disputes will have a $100 fee and will be billed to customers account.Customers, who place an order, receive it and then file for fraudulent charges with their credit-card are committing grand theft and will be reported to authorities. They will also be responsible for the cost of the dispute as well as the cost of recovery.Those customers will lose all their gift-cards, promotions and will not be welcomed back.
CLAIMS OF MISSING OR DAMAGED MERCHANDIZE
All claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order. Claims of damaged merchandize will not be accepted after 24 hour period. All damaged goods must be shipped back within 2 days of delivery. If the item is washed, worn or final sale item, returns will not be accepted- NO EXCEPTIONS.Please submit all claims in writing to email@example.comAll damaged items can be returned for store-credit only.
SALES AND PROMOTIONS
All promotions and store-credits must be applied at the time of the purchase.Not valid on gift-cards. At the time of the promotion only one 1 coupon code can be used, can not be combined with any other offer or coupon and can not be combined with store-credit unless noted otherwise.
